Enterprise Account Executive - Remote in Germany or hybrid in Berlin

We're delighted to be recruiting an Enterprise Account Executive position for a well-being SAAS provider with a presence in over 50 countries.

Must be fluent in German.

Summary :

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business growth by selling our solutions into predominantly the large enterprise business space.

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for delivering sales against quarterly and annual targets set by their leadership team. The successful candidate will receive appropriate sales training to help achieve their targets.

Responsibilities :
  1. Meeting with prospective Enterprise clients and presenting wellbeing solutions.
  2. Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities to ensure sales quota target coverage.
  3. Managing the full sales cycle from initial opportunity to successful contracting and hand-off to the Customer Success Management team, using Salesforce CRM software to log and track the opportunity journey.
Qualifications and Skills :
  1. 3-4+ years of directly related work experience in a sales-focused environment, with a proven track record in complex B2B or solution sales.
  2. Experience in employee health and wellness, wellbeing, disability management, or similar support programs and technology is preferred.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Teams.
  4. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  5. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  6. Willingness to travel within the region(s), up to 25%.
