The primary purpose of this role is to support the account team in the day-to-day management of the client account. This includes creating timing plans, estimates, controlling budgets, and assisting with the trafficking of work through the creative, digital, and medical services departments, providing a solid foundation in client servicing.

• Reinforce thorough knowledge of tactical and administrative processes
• Build understanding of client/agency relationships and service
• Establish a reputation for effective and reliable delivery of multiple high-quality projects
• Monitor and keep track of deadlines
• Possess a degree education
• Have agency experience
• Understand the role of advertising within the marketing mix
• Understand the brands you are allocated to and the market environment
• Be fluent in German and English
