A fast-growing AI SaaS company is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales cycles and help shape their go-to-market strategy. In this key role, you'll collaborate closely with the Sales Lead, manage stakeholder relationships, and play an integral part in closing enterprise deals, all while operating remotely anywhere in Germany.

We’re partnered with a fast-growing AI SaaS company entering a pivotal stage of commercial expansion. With strong inbound interest and proven product-market fit, they’re now hiring an experienced Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and help shape their go-to-market strategy.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Lead to close high-impact deals, refine sales processes, and bring new enterprise customers into the fold.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Own outbound and inbound pipeline development alongside SDR support
  • Lead discovery and demo calls, aligning customer pain points with tailored solutions
  • Communicate clear business outcomes and ROI, moving prospects through structured deal cycles
  • Manage complex stakeholders and define Statements of Work
  • Close annual SaaS subscriptions under land-and-expand models
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on early wins and upsell opportunities
  • Keep CRM data accurate and provide feedback loops to Product & Marketing

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (mid-market or enterprise focus)
  • Proven closer with strong storytelling and structured follow-up
  • Excellent written and verbal English; German is a plus
  • Strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, fast-changing environments

Nice-to-Haves :

  • Experience selling into marketing, operations, or innovation teams
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or developer-driven SaaS tools
  • Familiarity with fast paced environments
