On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic team in Bavaria, Germany.

Their HQ is located in Tutzing, we are open to a remote working model even for candidates in the Netherlands or the UK.

Role overview:

Our client is a no-code software company that helps organizations integrate, manage, and automate their data through its comprehensive platform. Its data network ensures secure, seamless data exchange between partners and systems, enabling businesses to stay agile and competitive. Serving over 2,000 customers worldwide, our client operates across DACH, the UK, France, Scandinavia, and the Benelux region.

They are seeking a Senior Account Executive with a passion for transforming business processes through innovative solutions. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to customers, using in-depth product knowledge to foster long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations and sales proposals, effectively showcasing the capabilities and benefits of the product.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with large enterprises, including RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, particularly within logistics and supply chain industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing enterprise customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Efficiently manage the transition of over-signed customers to the implementation and onboarding teams, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and technical consultants to deliver optimal customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Work collaboratively with our partners to win new customers and expand business with existing clients.

Who are you:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in selling software (SaaS) solutions, ideally in data integration and/or process automation fields.
  • Strong ability to understand complex data management and process integration challenges and propose relevant solutions.
  • Experience in engaging with large enterprises and navigating procurement processes of major corporations.
  • Logistics and supply chain knowledge to understand industry processes and challenges.
  • Willingness to actively call on customers, question existing norms, negotiate conditions, and seek out more beneficial solutions.
  • Accountability for metrics and numbers, including ACV and forecasting accuracy, demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English (C1 level or higher).
