European Patent Office in München is seeking candidates specialised in semiconductor memory technology with a Master’s degree or higher and strong analytical skills.

Technical Expertise:

We are seeking candidates specialised in Semiconductor memory technology.

The ideal candidates possess knowledge and/or practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Semiconductor memory technology: Physicist, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with experience in CMOS process manufacturing and memory device technology, including in particular DRAM, SRAM and/or Flash memories; experience in R&D or industry required

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or equivalent/higher) covering one or more technical fields mentioned above
• Excellent knowledge (at least C1) of one of our official languages (English, French and German) and the ability to understand the other two; alternatively, excellent knowledge (at least C1) of English (in such cases, the willingness to learn the missing languages and to reach level B2 within a set time frame would be required)
• Citizenship of one of the member states of the European Patent Organisation
