Zusammenfassung

SÜSS MicroTec AG in Germany invites a Mechanical/Mechatronics professional to join our development team. You will contribute to highly complex solutions in lithography, wafer bonding and packaging, focusing on design, calculation, and documentation to advance next-generation equipment.

You will own BOMs, CAD models, and technical solutions, ensuring quality and timely delivery, while coordinating with R&D, CIP, and production to translate concepts into reliable hardware.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or as state-certified technician.
• Experience in product development and mechanical engineering, ideally in semiconductor industry.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate on customer, R&D, CIP, and internal optimization projects.
• Develop and evaluate technical concepts and designs with specs and planning input.
• Create risk assessments, calculations, drawings, and installation instructions.
• Own BOMs, CAD models, and technical solutions ensuring quality and compliance.
• Deliver work packages on time and manage priorities; escalate conflicts.
• Support prototype build, testing, production, and purchasing with technical expertise.

Your Tasks

• Collaborate in customer, R&D, CIP, and internal optimization projects

• Own BOMs/parts lists, CAD models, and technical solutions, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Deliver work packages on time, manage priorities, and escalat conflicts when required
• Support prototype build and testing, production, purchasing, and customer project execution with technical expertise

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or State-Certified Technician qualification with strong technical expertise
• Experience in product development, mechanical engineering, and ideally the semiconductor industry
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and results-oriented approach
• High level of ownership, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure
• Focused, analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and openness to feedback
