The seller performance managers overachieving purpose is to optimize seller performance, maintain a healthy marketplace and drive growth. They balance strategic decision making with hands – on operational tasks, ensuring that sellers thrive, and customers have a positive experience. The performance managers efforts are crucial in maintaining a dynamic and healthy marketplace. They are directly impacting the platforms performance, sustainability, and reputation while they are ensuring that all core KPIs are met.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify cross-border selling opportunities, considering legal, logistical and market specific factors.
  • Oversee seller payouts & payments, ensuring accuracy.
  • Optimize order fulfillment processes, minimizing delays and errors.
  • Handle escalated customer service cases, resolving complex issues promptly and solution development.
  • Issue warnings to sellers who violate policiesor fail to meet performance standards while working with compliance teams to enforce guidelines and maintain a healthy seller ecosystem.
  • Collaboration and coordination of cross functional projects.
You've got
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills (presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and building partnerships).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI) & ability to interpret and deviate actions.
  • Clear, precise, professional communication skills.
  • First experience in E Commerce/ understanding marketplace business model.
  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational training.
