How you'll make an impact
Develop and maintain a highly effective sales channel strategy to improve market penetration and achieve growth aspirations for the Renewables Segment in Germany.
Plan and monitor Marketing & Sales support strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor channel performance.
Manage sales of products, systems, and services within the Renewables business segment in accordance with the global strategy.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor sales performance.
Identify and develop sales opportunities in the Renewables Segment and related applications.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years + proven experience in sales and segment management within the Renewables or related industry.
Strong understanding of the Electrical Transmission and Distribution Industry.
Presentation skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills on C-Level.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for high volume investment assets in the electrical industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel (50%).
Fluency in German and English.
Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
