Job Description: IT Security/Governance Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated team member for our IT Security/Governance department within IT/Organization, in the following role:

Position Details

Full-time (part-time possible)

1. Responsible management of the Security Information and Event Management System (SIEM), including logging and monitoring security-related events using a system logging tool.
2. Commissioning, coordinating, and approving new use cases.
3. Regular coordination of security incidents, trends, and recommendations with the external SOC provider.
4. Drafting new playbooks and use cases in collaboration with the SOC service provider and internal colleagues.
5. Commissioning, monitoring, and reviewing the transition of playbooks into runbooks for automated responses to security incidents.
6. Operational execution, monitoring, and further development of vulnerability management.
7. Qualifications: You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field and relevant professional experience.
8. Skills: Knowledge in information management, IT system security, and security measures in computer networks.
9. Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and log data analysis.
10. Strong communication skills for interaction with various interfaces.
