2. Dive deep into cybersecurity assessments, uncovering vulnerabilities and implementing robust solutions.
3. Roll up your sleeves and design state-of-the-art security measures-from firewalls to encryption technologies.
4. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and strengthen their security posture.
5. Stay one step ahead of evolving cyber threats to keep organizations safe.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in information security consulting and implementation, with a strong grasp of security principles, practices, and technologies.
2. Risk Management: Proven ability to manage risks related to processing, storing, or transmitting information, ensuring the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of information systems.
3. Assessments: Skilled in conducting security and risk assessments using established frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, Common Criteria).
4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex security concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Adaptability: Ability to stay current with evolving security threats, technologies, and best practices.
6. Languages: Professional-level proficiency in both German and English.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

1. Risk Mitigation: Experience assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing effective mitigation and remediation strategies.
2. Framework Expertise: Familiarity with NIST Control Framework, Critical Security Controls, and other regulatory and compliance frameworks.
3. Advanced Knowledge: Hands-on experience with cloud security, cyber resiliency, incident management, Zero Trust architecture, network/EDGE security, and emerging technologies such as IoT and AI.
