Your day at NTT DATA

As a Security Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security solutions. You will combine high technical skills and project experience with an understanding of the customer's business requirements, with a focus on cybersecurity.

In the context of digital transformation, you will advise our clients on strategic approaches such as Zero Trust and SASE based on leading vendors.

You will support the entire project lifecycle from presales engagement to implementation. Based on your extensive project experience, you will develop detailed concepts and innovative architectures. You will advise according to our portfolio and possess solid knowledge in the following technologies:

• Palo Alto NGW / Panorama
• PRISMA SASE
• Zscaler ZIA and ZPA

Basic understanding of:

• Zero Trust architectures
• SASE framework
• Cybersecurity
• SD-WAN from a security vendor perspective
• Openness to automation

Additional qualifications:

• A successfully completed technical degree (e.g., computer science, engineering, electrical engineering) or a comparable technical training
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations and/or project environment in infrastructure security
• Very good knowledge in designing and implementing security solutions
• Structured approach with careful, precise, and result-oriented working style, especially in problem analysis and planning
• Strong customer and service orientation with good manners and communication and team skills
• At least a professional-level certification
• An open mind for new topics and challenges
• Vendor-neutral know-how is required
• Additional knowledge and certifications are desirable
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
