Join our dynamic production company as we scale our digital operations and protect the creative engine behind our work. We're looking for a Security Architect with deep expertise in network security engineering, system administration, and an understanding of the intersection between IT and OT environments.

What You'll Do:

• Design & Build Secure Network Architectures - Develop and implement scalable, resilient network security solutions across office, studio, and remote environments.
• System Hardening & Administration - Manage and secure Linux/Windows-based systems, ensuring high availability for production workflows.
• SOC & Threat Response - Collaborate with our Security Operations Center (SOC) to detect, analyze, and respond to incidents swiftly and effectively.
• Bridge IT & OT Security - Understand and secure both traditional IT infrastructure and production-side OT systems (e.g., media servers, editing suites, and connected devices).

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in network security engineering and enterprise security architecture
• Strong background in system administration (Linux/Windows)
• Basic knowledge of IT/OT integration and security considerations
• Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, zero-trust models, and security best practices
• Experience working in media, post-production, or high-paced digital environments a plus
