Zalando SE in Berlin seeks a Security & Loss Prevention Manager to support security operations across our logistics fulfillment network. You will collaborate with Berlin and site-based teams to develop security, crime, and loss-prevention solutions, improve processes, manage incidents, and strengthen our security culture.

You posses enthusiasm for standardization and stakeholder enablement, and you will travel regularly across Europe while being based in Berlin.

• Ability to develop, implement, and measure security standards and loss-prevention processes.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

As a Security & Loss Prevention Manager you will support our security operations across our logistics fulfillment network. This role will collaborate closely with Berlin and site-based team members to develop security, crime, and loss prevention solutions, improve processes, manage incidents, and strengthen the company's security culture.
