Chief Security Office (CSO)

The CSO manages the information security strategy of Deutsche Bank Group, guiding measures to reduce security risks, respond to incidents, and establish security policies.

You will join the Secure Software Development Team, which integrates security into software development processes and CI/CD platforms, providing standards, best practices, and guidance for application security.

Your key responsibilities

• Identify and train Security Champions within application teams, integrating security topics into projects.
• Assist application teams in threat identification through moderation of threat identification exercises.
• Create and update security guidelines, checklists, and best practices for engineers.
• Educate engineers on security best practices via training sessions, articles, and community support.

Your skills and experiences

• Knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001), OWASP Top 10, Threat Modelling (Stride, Mitre Att&ck).
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and related tools.
• Strong security culture, teamwork skills, and engagement with development teams.
• Optional: knowledge of programming languages such as Java.
