The Division of Computational and Molecular Prevention is seeking for the next possible date a Secretary / Team Assistant in part-time (50%).

Aufgaben
- Foreign language work in English and in German: e.g., proofreading (manuscripts, reports, correspondence), translation of German texts and letters, telephone calls, website maintenance
- Supporting employees in personnel matters and introducing new employees to the DKFZ
- Preparation of business trips (domestic and international)
- Organization of international consortium meetings, conferences, seminar series, meetings and retreats
- Organization of job interviews and visit by visiting scientists
- Maintenance of the appointment calendar
- Handling telephone inquiries and providing information or forwarding inquiries
- Order processing and invoice processing
- Taking minutes of internal meetings
- Room booking
- Guest support
- Refunds
- Account, expenditure and grant monitoring

The Computational and Molecular Prevention team is looking for a people-person that enjoys organizing, multitasking, and keeping things running smoothly. - Completed vocational training in business, administration, or commercial work
- Very strong written and oral communication skills in English and German
