SecOps Team Lead – Fully Remote | Global Enterprise | Cybersecurity Transformation

Location : Fully Remote (Based in Germany or fluent in German)

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary : €90,000 – €110,000 + Comprehensive Package

Language Requirement : Professional German is essential

A global industry giant with over 250,000 employees worldwide is undergoing a multi-million-euro cybersecurity transformation —and you could lead the charge. We're seeking an experienced SecOps Team Lead to manage a mature internal-facing security operations team.

This fully remote role requires no travel , and will give you exposure to cutting-edge global and local projects across a dynamic enterprise environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote Security Operations (SecOps) team , ensuring top-tier delivery and alignment with enterprise goals
• Manage and improve critical incident response workflows and escalation protocols
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness in vulnerability management and remediation planning
• Oversee threat management processes , collaborating with threat intel, IT, and GRC teams
• Create and enforce robust SOPs and escalation procedures to standardize response efforts
• Support the company’s global cyber transformation program , influencing direction and delivery

Your Background

• Experience leading SecOps, Incident Response, or SOC teams in a large enterprise setting
• Deep understanding of incident handling , vulnerability management , and threat detection
• Proven ability to develop processes, playbooks, and escalation paths
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade tools such as SIEM, EDR , and threat intelligence platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional German Language skills
