Opportunity to join one of the globally leading secondary and primary investors in private equity and infrastructure with more than $97 billion of assets under management across secondaries and primaries. Ardian is a pioneer in the strongly growing secondaries market with a 25-year track record and has completed some of the largest secondary transactions ever.

Furthermore, the global investment team allocates significant amounts of primary capital to world-leading fund managers on behalf of clients, gaining deep insights into their strategies and portfolio investments.

You will be working in an experienced, truly global team of over 100 talented and highly motivated professionals, including 10 in Ardian's Frankfurt office.

Secondary investments responsibilities include:

• Participate in sourcing investment opportunities
• Value and price equity interests in private equity and infrastructure funds and companies
• Analyze business models and market positions
• Prepare financial projections and transaction models
• Develop investment recommendations
• Present to the global team and Investment Committees
• Monitor investments and performance against targets
• Prepare reporting presentations for Limited Partners and Advisory Boards

Primary investments responsibilities include:

• Screen the European Private Equity market
• Gather information, conduct research, meet, and evaluate fund managers
• Conduct due diligence on strategy, team, and performance
• Prepare investment recommendations
• Present to the global team and Investment Committees
• Monitor portfolio through ongoing dialogue with managers and attendance at investor meetings
• Prepare reporting presentations for Limited Partners

Profile:

• Prior experience or relevant internships in private equity, M&A, or corporate finance
• International experience is a plus
