Canada Goose Berlin is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (part-time) to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury environment. You will drive sales, participate in product knowledge sessions, and support store targets while upholding brand standards.

You will work with management to handle POS transactions, maintain visual merchandising, and build client relationships via clienteling and CRM tools. Prior luxury retail experience and German language skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in apparel retail.
• Proven record of successful sales performance.
• Experience with affluent or luxury brands is a plus.
• Strong CRM/processes knowledge and clienteling ability.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
