Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth. Advise customers based on expert product knowledge. Demonstrate selling behaviours that drive Conversion and Units per Transaction (UPT) by actively introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories. Foster lasting client relationships and loyalty through consistent engagement around upcoming product launches and brand events. Engage and inspire assigned clients by facilitating personal shopping appointments.
• Financial Performance: Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and other key performance targets that drive store results.
• Team Engagement: Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through teamwork and collaboration. Demonstrate curiosity and passion for learning by participating in all educational initiatives and strategies. Actively seek feedback to improve performance and foster growth. Consistently demonstrate company values and behaviours in all interactions.
• Operational Excellence: Execute all operating standards with accuracy and efficiency. Use register systems and store tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards. Support the upkeep of overall physical store maintenance and cleanliness.

Experience, Education & Designations

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer‑focused environment
• Proven track record of successful sales experience
• Experience working with luxury lifestyle brands is an asset
• High‑volume traffic experience is an asset

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours (standard, peak, holiday)
• Time management and multi‑tasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Adaptability to elements that may impact overall customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated; works independently and knows when to seek guidance
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel); proficiency in another language is an asset
