Role Overview

In this Berlin-based role, as a SEA Manager for flaconi, you will focus on developing flaconi as the go-to beauty destination within Europe. You will join a SEA team of two with diverse skills working together to drive successful campaigns.

What you can expect in this role

• Setting up new Google Ads accounts and campaigns
• Monitoring campaign performance daily against spend and ROI targets
• Analyzing performance data to find optimization opportunities
• Optimizing bidding strategies, budgets, keywords, and campaign settings
• Managing approvals, tracking, and resolving issues affecting traffic or data collection
• Developing new keyword structures and collaborating with copywriters
• Monitoring landing page performance and working with creative teams to improve conversions
• Updating records, providing weekly summaries, and preparing presentations

Essential experience and education

• Several years of international SEA experience focused on performance
• Proven track record managing Google Ads towards ROI goals
• Experience managing Search, GDN, and UAC campaigns
• Excellent MS Excel skills; Tableau experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and Quality Score
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Passion for search marketing, automation, and digital trends
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
