Jobtailor in Münster is seeking a seasoned Agile Transformation Lead to contribute to the digitization and automation of banking and near-banking processes. You will collaborate in an agile, cross-functional model and guide stakeholders through change.

You will support digital banking experiences for a broad client base and drive coaching, facilitation, and servant leadership across teams while applying Domain-Driven Design and SAFe principles.
