Job summary

YER Germany is recruiting for a freelance Agile Coach with SAFe expertise in Berlin. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum events, refining backlogs, and driving Lean-Agile transformation across teams. You will mentor on Agile practices and guide stakeholders through SAFe processes.

The position requires several years in scaled Agile environments, fluency in English and German, and a formal Scrum Master and SAFe certification. Start asap with a 35h/week workload in Berlin.

Qualifications

• Academic degree or vocational training.
• Certification as Scrum Master.
• SAFe certification is mandatory.
• Professional experience in scaled agile environments.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, e.g., in Germany.
• Language skills: English and German.
