We are seeking a Scrum Master to join us as soon as possible.

As a Scrum Master for SAP S/4HANA and transformation projects, you will play a crucial role in driving Agile methodologies and practices within our organization. You will be responsible for facilitating the Agile process and ensuring successful project delivery by guiding and coaching cross-functional teams. Your role will involve working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to optimize project outcomes, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations and large-scale projects.

Your Responsibilities :

1. Scrum Facilitation : Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, ceremonies, and best practices.
2. Team Empowerment : Empower and support cross-functional teams to achieve high performance, foster collaboration, and maintain a focus on delivering value. Lead, train, and coach the organization in Scrum adoption.
3. Product Owner Collaboration : Collaborate closely with Product Owners to create and maintain a prioritized backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and groomed. Coach product owners on effective Product Goal definition and techniques.
4. Continuous Improvement : Identify and facilitate opportunities for continuous improvement within the Agile process, addressing impediments and removing roadblocks.
5. Sprint Planning : Lead sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, and sprint review meetings to ensure team commitments are met. Monitor team velocity.
6. Risk Management : Proactively identify and address risks and issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality; propose solutions.
7. Reporting and Metrics : Maintain relevant Agile project metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
8. Training and Coaching : Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
9. Stakeholder Communication : Foster transparent communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and changes.
10. SAP S/4HANA Expertise : Leverage your SAP S/4HANA knowledge to align Agile practices with SAP implementation requirements and complexities.

Job Requirements :

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master on SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and large-scale initiatives
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and methodologies
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with large-scale projects
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
