Tasks

• Define and clarify roles, tasks, and responsibilities within a matrix organization.
• Implement and promote agile practices, supporting teams in adopting them.
• Manage Scrum events such as planning, sprints, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project agility, principles, ceremonies, and roles.
• Conduct training sessions on agile methods through workshops, lectures, and on-the-job training.
• Foster an agile mindset within project teams and the wider company.
• Assist the product owner in backlog management and planning.
• Serve as the main contact for project status and obstacle resolution.
• Monitor sprint progress and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Enhance project transparency and communication among stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related fields.
• Knowledge of product development and project management processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in hybrid/agile project management, including roles like Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• High IT affinity and knowledge in product development.
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, or Less.
• Multiple years of practical experience with agile approaches like Scrum and Kanban.
• Certified Scrum Master.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong service orientation, persuasiveness, and excellent communication skills.
• Good moderation, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
