Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) effectively.
2. Coach the team, Product Owner, and organization on Agile principles and practices.
3. Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions.
4. Foster a self-organizing, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
5. Guide the team in prioritizing valuable goals and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
6. Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements, pivoting or persevering as needed.
7. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
8. Track and visualize relevant Scrum metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
9. Promote continuous improvement and learning within the team.

Your profile:

1. Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
2. More than three years of professional experience in Project Management.
3. More than two years of professional experience as an assistant or in a similar role.
4. Affinity for AI and digitization is desirable.
5. Good knowledge of Process Management.
6. In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile methods (e.g., Kanban).
7. Knowledge of Google Workspace.
8. Fluent in English and German.
