Qualifikationen

We are looking for you, located in Trier or 100% remote in Germany, as a

Scrum Master (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Support and guidance of one or more agile teams
  • Support in team building and shaping cooperation
  • Leading the team in the continuous improvement process, reflection, and new ideas
  • Close cooperation with the product owner
  • Collaboration in the Agile CoP at the location to network the teams and trigger changes in the larger scope

You bring along:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced certifications in Scrum and Agile methodologies, such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP, are a plus
  • Experience in software development or IT project management
  • Several years of experience working in Agile environments, preferably as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Good knowledge of Scrum and agile working methods (including XP techniques)
  • A good understanding of software development
  • Excellent communication skills for coaching and change processes
  • A solution-oriented, creative, and empathetic manner
  • An eye for the big picture, outside-the-box thinking, and courage to change
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Technologies used: Java, JavaEE, Angular, Git, Maven, Docker, Jenkins, Jira
