As a Scrum Master at IPS, you are the linchpin of our agile development process. You will not only support our Scrum team through coaching and mentoring, but also actively promote the application and continuous improvement of our Scrum practices.

• Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in the application and further development of the Scrum process
• Planning and execution of Scrum events such as Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and Sprint Reviews.
• Promoting the continuous development of the team through training and workshops in Scrum methodology
• Identifying and removing obstacles that affect the team's productivity
• Strengthening team dynamics and promoting a self-organized approach to increase efficiency.
• Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, product owner and stakeholders promoting the transparency of team development

This Is Important To Us

• Academic background: Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development.
• Certifications: Certifications such as Professional Agile Leadership, Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner are an advantage.
• Technical tools: Experience with tools from the Atlassian software suite.
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to motivate teams, strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
