As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our development teams to deliver high-quality products and services efficiently. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

We are looking for you as an Scrum Master (m/f/d). We offer a fulltime position (40h/week) in one of our locations in Heidelberg, Berlin, Munich or Leipzig. The offer includes the option of working several days per week in the mobile office.

Your Mission

1. Act as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework and promoting self-organization.
3. Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary and facilitating resolution.
4. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment of priorities and clear communication of project goals and requirements.
5. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
6. Track and report team progress, using metrics and data to drive decision-making and improve team performance.

Your essential experience and education

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Fluent in English and an advanced knowledge in German (level B2 or above).
