Position Details

We are seeking a Scrum Master (m/f/d) for a full-time role (40h/week) located in Heidelberg, Berlin, Munich, or Leipzig. Flexible work options, including mobile office days, are available.

Your Mission

1. Act as a servant leader for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, ensuring Scrum adherence and promoting self-organization.
3. Identify and remove impediments, escalating issues as needed.
4. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to align priorities and communicate project goals.
5. Promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within and across teams.
6. Track and report progress using metrics to inform decisions and enhance performance.

Essential Experience and Education

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, with certification such as CSM or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Fluent in English and proficient in German (B2 or above).
