We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Software Development Team in Krailling.

Your Mission

  • As a Scrum Master, you support multiple Agile Software Development teams while also playing a key role in facilitating release planning across teams.
  • In your role, you guide teams in Agile best practices, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and accountability.
  • You coordinate cross-team dependencies, and work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely software releases.
  • You facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, and track team performance metrics (e.g. velocity, burndown charts) to drive optimization.
  • You foster cooperation between teams by performing cross-team activities, such as cross-team retrospectives, facilitating temporary feature teams, testing retrospectives, or by performing scrum of scrums.
  • By leading release planning sessions across multiple teams and ensuring alignment on deliverables, dependencies, and timelines, you manage to enhance the overall release planning cycle.


Your Talents
  • Successfully completed technical or business-related studies, or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience as a Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or project manager in a technical setting
  • Skilled in modern development environments and methods, such as continuous integration, test-driven development, pair programming
  • Knowledge in other development approaches such as Lean Development, Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Kanban
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to moderate workshops and planning sessions
  • Fluent in German and English
