We, EOS - a world market leader in industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Software Development Team in Krailling.

Your Role
As a Scrum Master, you will support multiple Agile Software Development teams and facilitate release planning across teams.
You will guide teams in Agile practices, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.
You will coordinate cross-team dependencies, collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely releases.
You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, and monitor team performance metrics like velocity and burndown charts to optimize processes.
You will foster cooperation between teams through activities like cross-team retrospectives, facilitating temporary feature teams, testing retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
Leading release planning sessions across multiple teams to align on deliverables, dependencies, and timelines will enhance our release cycle.
Your Qualifications
Completed technical or business studies, or comparable training.
Several years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or project manager in a technical environment.
Proficiency in modern development practices such as continuous integration, test-driven development, and pair programming.
Knowledge of other approaches like Lean Development, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Kanban.
Excellent communication skills and ability to moderate workshops and planning sessions.
Fluent in German and English.
