Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung als Scrum Master.
• Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

We are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d) for a permanent position.

Activities

1. Takeover of digitization projects as Scrum Master
2. Promotion & optimization of the overlapping communication and collaboration
3. Promotion and consulting of the project members regarding efficient agile procedures & workflows
4. Agile procedures according to SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
5. Planning, moderation and follow-up of Scrum meetings
6. Leadership and further development of cross-functional teams
7. Preparation and execution of workshops for different topics

Requirements

1. Degree in economics or comparable qualification
2. At least 1 year experience as Scrum Master
3. Realization of digitalization projects
4. SCRUM, ITIL & PRINCE 2, SAFe certified (nice to have)
5. IT – Knowhow in the area of software development (nice to have)
6. Strong communication skills
7. Good moderation skills as well as strong negotiation and conflict management skills
8. High social competence and empathy
9. Fluent German language skills
10. Our projects are internationally staffed, therefore good English skills are a must
