Excelloit Consultancy Services is proud to partner with one of its premium clients in their search for an Information Security Officer. This position is instrumental in developing and enhancing information security services, infrastructure, and solutions to support evolving business needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, including satellite ground systems, cloud deployments, and Big Data services, within a dynamic and international working environment.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for implementing and promoting agile practices and principles to ensure effective, efficient, and harmonious development of embedded software solutions.

You will work closely with our developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and maximize the quality of our products.

• Support the Development Team
  • Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor the team in agile principles to encourage self-organization and accountability.
  • Assist the team in accurate task estimation and planning.
  • Support the team in overcoming technical challenges and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Create a supportive environment that fosters collaboration and transparency.
• Encourage a culture of open communication and mutual respect within the team.
• Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities within the development process.
  • Analyze and track team metrics to monitor and enhance team performance and efficiency.

1. Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 4-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the field of Embedded Software Development.
• Proven track record in successfully implementing and applying Scrum practices in technical teams.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.

2. Technical Knowledge:

• Good understanding of embedded systems development, including real-time operating systems (RTOS), firmware development, and hardware-software integration.
• Experience with the unique challenges of embedded development, such as limited resources, real-time requirements, and hardware constraints.

3. Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and German written and spoken.
