Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Scrum Master II to serve as a servant leader for one or more Scrum teams in Germany. You will facilitate sprint events, coach teams toward self-organization, remove impediments, and protect delivery momentum while collaborating with Product Owners to refine the backlog and align on priorities.

You will track progress with Agile metrics using Rally/Jira, promote Lean-Agile practices, and foster a culture of trust and collaboration. IMMEDIATE JOINER CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED.

  • Entry Level (1-3 Years).

Responsibilities

  • Driving delivery accountability by creating conditions for effective sprint outcomes and value delivery.
