Your prospective job:

For our customer Airbus Aerostructures you will work at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site as Scrum Master GenAI and AI Projects (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) effectively
• Coach the team, Product Owner and organization on Agile principles and practices
• Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions
• Foster a self-organizing, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
• Guide the team in prioritizing the most valuable goals and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
• Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements, pivoting or persevering as needed
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Track and visualize relevant Scrum metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Promote continuous improvement and learning within the team

Your profile:

• Completed technical studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in project management
• First professional experience as an assistant
• Affinity for AI and digitalisation
• Good knowledge of process management
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and agile methods (e.g. Kanban)
• IT knowledge in Google Workspace
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
