Merchant Solutions Technology

This group provides the Corporate Bank with innovative products like our Digital Payment Gateway, enabling streamlined payment processing. You will be responsible for technical design, coding, testing, and liaising with various stakeholders to develop product lines using diverse technologies.

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, foster collaboration, ensure workflow efficiency, maintain service stability, and deliver customer value.

Your key responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective agile ceremonies and take corrective measures as needed.
• Monitor team metrics like velocity and OKRs to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Mentor and coach team members and stakeholders.
• Understand team context, including strategic and delivery targets, structure, and technical considerations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters to improve processes.

Your skills and experiences:

• Expertise in Scrum, Scaled Agile, and leading agile teams.
• Strong guidance and leadership skills.
• Passionate about agile values and coaching.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
