TEKsystems is seeking a Scrum Master to coach 1-2 Agile Delivery Teams and lead all ceremonies in a hybrid Charlotte, NC setting. The role interfaces with other delivery teams and focuses on improving agile efficiency while supporting enterprise banking applications.

You will organize events, remove impediments, and use data-driven metrics (burndown charts) to drive delivery velocity. Strong Jira/JQL skills are helpful for reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Banking systems experience with enterprise applications.
• Facilitates and monitors the Scrum process from project initiation through delivery.

Description

Perform Scrum Master role for 1-2 Agile Delivery Teams aligning to Technology. Role will involve coaching two teams (5-8 on a team) to improve their agile efficiency and will host all agile ceremonies for the team. The Scrum Master will work with the team to allow for seamless interfacing with other delivery teams the enterprise. Need to have banking systems experience with enterprise applications.

5-7 years experience in a Scrum Master role. The role is a key resource on an Agile team that Facilitates and monitors the Scrum process from project initiation through delivery. The Scrum Master serves as a liaison between the product owners and development team to ensure that all targets and requirements are met and ensures a backlog is created and maintained.

Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint reviews, planning, and retrospectives

Prepare for all scrum events to help drive efficiency during the events

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
