Description

This Lead Product Owner position will be part of the for Treasury Payments data team. Main responsibilities includes the following but not only limited to these:1. Product Owner is responsible for the Program Backlog.2. Responsible for identifying Customer needs, documenting requirements/features and prioritizing Epics/Features.3. Work closely with design team on solution architect and provide the business support.4. Work with PO to provide support on feature team.5. Maintain PI objectives created by teams during the PI Planning and map them to iteration goals.The Lead Product Owner will support technical delivery and Agile execution within the banking domain, focusing on data technology solutions and requirements design. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data constructs, and experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements, and ensure successful delivery across complex financial systems.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for banking and data technology initiatives.Support technical delivery teams by translating business needs into actionable specifications.Create and maintain JIRA boards, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives.Ensure adherence to Agile principles and participate in ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, etc.).Perform data analysis and validation

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
