Your Role

In an agile environment, you will play a central role, coordinating complex software projects across various industries. You will work in interdisciplinary project teams and assist our clients in implementing change management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder and expectation management
• Requirements gathering and backlog maintenance
• Leading Scrum meetings such as planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Organizing and conducting workshops and agile coaching independently
• Supporting projects actively as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach, depending on the context

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• At least three years of professional experience in object-oriented software development with Java/.NET C#
• Good knowledge of software development methodologies in agile projects
• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written
• Willingness to travel as required by projects
