Your Role in Action:

• Champion agile principles across development teams and ensure smooth implementation.
• Coach and support Product Owners and developers in applying agile practices.
• Identify and remove obstacles and risks proactively, enabling self-organized teams.
• Track project progress and drive achievement of sprint and project goals.
• Foster continuous improvement within teams through feedback and retrospectives.

Your Talent and Experience:

• You have gained experience in agile development environments e.g. as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager or Developer.
• Deep knowledge of agile methods and a good understanding of how to put them into practice,Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I) is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and various organizational levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
