Job description
Tasks
- Design and further develop agile frameworks and methods such as SCRUM, KANBAN and SAFe within segment T/OO
- Plan and facilitate workshops, retrospectives and large-scale formats – across teams and with clear outcomes
- Derive concrete measures to improve collaboration and follow up on implementation
- Coach teams and individuals on self-organisation, role clarity, collaboration and agile practices
- Promote agile values such as transparency, respect, customer orientation and continuous improvement
- Serve as a contact person for technical and methodological questions at both team and management level
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Industrial Engineering or Digital Business Management
- Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Consultant
- Certified in SCRUM and SAFe
- Solid agile mindset and experience in product development
- Basic knowledge of software development and iterative, incremental thinking
- Good German and English skills (at least B2 level in both languages)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
