What you'll do

• You will play a key role in helping global markets prepare for the new ecosystem by driving data and process harmonization initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with global strategies while addressing unique local requirements by developing actionable, market-specific plans.
• Using tools such as Celonis, Tableau, and SAP, analyze data, identify opportunities for process optimization, and implement improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness, working with supply chain, IT, and logistics teams.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, provide insightful reports to senior management, and offer data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.

Who you are

• You possess a degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, data analytics, or a related field.
• A passion for innovation, demonstrated by expertise in using tools such as Celonis, Tableau, and SAP to drive automation and process improvements, is essential.
• Your ability to communicate complex issues clearly helps foster collaboration and understanding across diverse, global teams.
• You have experience in leading global initiatives, implementing process improvements, and managing change effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, additional language skills, and willingness to travel internationally complete your profile.
