At Resolve Biosciences, we are working to better understand complex biological processes with the aim of enabling new therapeutic approaches. To do this, we need people who think boldly, take responsibility, and enjoy learning.

We are looking to hire a passionate Scientist [f/m/d] into our System Integration Team.

Within the Systems Integration department, you will be responsible for the development and performance characterization of new molecular biology / biochemistry-based assays for our Molecular Cartography platform.

The role is based at the company’s headquarters in Monheim am Rhein, Germany.

Responsibilities:
  • Development of molecular biology and biochemistry-based assays.
  • Performing and analyzing Molecular Cartography spatial transcriptomics experiments.
  • Plan, execute, and supervise wet lab experiments.
  • Participation and active contribution to group meetings.
Your profile
  • PhD degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Biology, or Chemistry.
  • Experience with nucleic acid in vitro work and the application of surface chemistry reactions such as conjugation and cross-linking.
  • Experience in tissue engineering / bioprinting, and biogel production.
  • Experience with assay development and assay performance characterization.
  • Experience with in situ hybridization, single-cell sequencing, or spatial biology techniques is beneficial.
  • Experience with fluorescence microscopy and/or image analysis or scripting languages is beneficial.
  • Experience with cryotome and/or microtome sectioning is a plus.
  • Good German and English language skills are required.
