In the Technology department, we work on the processing of wafers for the manufacture of microelectronic components and circuits for applications in high-frequency technology and power electronics based on the semiconductor material GaN.
The weekly working hours are 39 hours. The position can also be filled on a part-time basis. The position is initially limited to three years.
