Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact and coordinator for Healthcare Professionals (HCP) / Healthcare Organizations (HCO)-related Cardio-Renal-Metabolism process stakeholders (agencies, affiliates)
- Organize HCP logistics for consultancy meetings, congresses, etc., in accordance with national and international laws and industry regulations
- Act as the point of contact for scientific matters such as Medical Advisors, Scientific Relations Managers, TAH Medicine, and budget coordinators
- Collaborate closely with Contracting and Legal / Compliance departments
- Ensure processing of relevant documents for medical events (contracts, travel information, etc.)
- Coordinate internal processes and approvals (Contracts, Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Non-Trial Agreements (NTAs), Service Agreements, etc.)
- Complete Spend Captures in accordance with national and international laws and industry regulations
- Maintain and document internal tracking (budget list, event tracking sheet, spend capture tracking, contract tracker, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or completed apprenticeship with first working experience
- Professional experience in a similar role in an international environment
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
- Familiarity with compliance aspects
- Fluent in English and German
- Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing environment
