Zusammenfassung

Synaptikon GmbH is seeking a dedicated researcher with a strong background in neuroscience or psychology to help advance NeuroNation’s cognitive training apps. You will read scientific literature, conduct usability studies, and collaborate with universities to run clinical trials.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, growth mindset, and cross-functional teamwork. You will contribute to product development by analyzing engagement and retention data and applying findings to improve training

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of working experience in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong learner with a passion for digital health and games.
• Experience as a user of digital health, education, or productivity apps is valued.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Improve the training experience and exercises of our mobile and web app to be more effective and engaging.
• Incorporate the latest neuroscience findings from papers to influence outcomes.
• Apply User Research and Usability Testing to guide feature and visual concept decisions.
• Collaborate with university and clinical partners to run clinical trials for NeuroNation.
• Analyze large-scale user data to inform product development and optimizations.
• Run A/B tests to validate new ideas and approaches.
• Be a user of the product to ensure quality and act as a cognitive training expert.
• Maintain a growth mindset and seek learning opportunities for the team.
• Work with Marketing, BI, Customer Care, and CRM teams.
• Join Growth and Product teams to help millions of users and patients stay fit.

Your roles and responsibilities

• Improve the training experience and the exercises of our mobile and web app by making NeuroNation as effective and engaging as possible
• Continuously incorporate the latest findings from neuroscience by reading scientific papers and learning from concepts that have been proven to have impact on clinical outcomes
• Apply User Research and Usability Testing to learn how we can best help users and patients, and define useful features and visual concepts
• Collaborate with our scientific partners from various universities and clinics to run successful clinical trials with NeuroNation
• Analyse massive amounts of data continuously collected from millions of users to drive optimal decisions in product development
• Run A/B tests to experiment with new ideas
• Be your own user, assure the quality of the product, and become one of the experts for cognitive training
• Live with a Growth mindset - constantly look for learning opportunities for yourself and the team
• Work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and CRM
• Join the Growth and Product teams to collaboratively help millions of users and patients to stay fit

Your profile

Who you are and what you have done

• You have a deep personal interest in BRAIN TRAINING and SELF-IMPROVEMENT
• You have at least 2 years of working experience in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related fields
• You are a passionate learner
• You have personal experience as a user of digital health, education, or productivity apps
• You have personal experience as a user of digital games
• You speak English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You have strong problem-solving skills
• You have a deep interest in analysing engagement, retention, and other behavioural data
• You are well-organised and have good project management skills. You can multi-task and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• You are a team-player and love to help out your colleagues.
• Bonus: You have experience with Games or Gamification
• Bonus: You have experience or talent with UX or Visual Design
