What You Will Do

• Translate scientific data workflows into solutions leveraging the Tetra Data Platform.
• Own, scope, prototype, and implement solutions such as:
• Programmatic interrogation of proprietary instrument output files.
• Data structure design using JSON schemas.
• Python-based parser development.
• Lab software (e.g., ELN/LIMS) integration via APIs.
• Data visualization in Python (Jupyter Notebooks, Streamlit, hvplot, bokeh) and BI tools (Tableau, Spotfire, PowerBI).

Interview customers to understand scientific and business requirements.

Work with customers to test and ensure solutions meet their needs.

Address real-time problems by understanding customer needs, synthesizing feedback, and proposing solutions.

Communicate progress and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.

Lead sprint planning and prioritize tasks for your use case or account.

Facilitate retrospectives and identify improvements or product opportunities.

Assist the product team in building and prioritizing the roadmap based on customer pain points.
