What you’ll be doing
  • Be the go-to Scientific Affairs expert for Central Europe, supporting stakeholders across Regulatory, Quality, Safety, and Commercial Compliance
  • Manage regulatory, quality, and safety aspects of Karo’s expanding portfolio, ensuring seamless collaboration between Global Scientific Affairs, the regional commercial organization, and external partners (including DE/AT health authorities and business partners)
  • Act as Regional RP Deputy, overseeing GDP management, complaint handling, and drug shortage reporting
  • Serve as RA/Information Officer, managing national translations, artwork review, and local regulatory systems (including “rote Liste” and agency portals)
  • Act as Local PV Responsible (DE & AT), overseeing AE management, medical information, PV training, and compliance with regional Market Research projects
  • Partner closely with Global Patient Safety to support EU QPPV with local expertise
  • Support marketing and commercial teams with compliant claims development and material review, ensuring local market success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, or a related field; Pharmacy technician qualifications also considered
  • At least 2 years of experience in Consumer Healthcare Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Quality, or local Pharmacovigilance - ideally with exposure to all three
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Proven ability to balance compliance with a commercial mindset, supporting growth and strategic initiatives
  • A self-starter who learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
