SIS Swiss International School is a group of private day schools from kindergarten through to college. The SIS programme is centred on consistent bilingual classroom instruction and peer experience in the national language and English, culminating in national or international university entrance qualifications. Currently about 5.000 students from both local and internationally mobile families attend classes at one of the 19 schools in Switzerland, Germany, Brazil or Italy. School Principal (m/f/d)

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Educational, personnel, organizational, and administrative leadership of the school
• Customer acquisition and consulting
• Leading teaching staff and administrative personnel
• Ensuring the quality of teaching at the school
• Further development of the school's specific profile
• Shared responsibility for implementing the strategy as a member of the extended management team
• Internal and external communication and information

Your Profile:

• You have the appropriate educational qualification and practical teaching experience
• You have gained experience in the educational, organizational, and administrative management of a school operation
• You are fluent in one of the school languages (English or German) and have good knowledge of the other language
• You possess excellent communication and organizational skills, are resilient, and assertive
• You are open to professional development and bring enthusiasm and team spirit
• You enjoy supporting children in their development as a whole person
• You are passionate, inspiring, and creative
