Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in scheduling and project management within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, especially in parenteral manufacturing.
• Experience with CAPEX projects and managing large-scale, multi-phase projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and scheduling of project plans that will meet the project’s objectives through the Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification phases

Quickly mobilise resources based on project needs and stakeholder feedback.

Develop a mobilisation plan for resources, ensuring all required personnel are available and prepared.

Work closely with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure all project activities are aligned.

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.

Prepare and submit detailed project schedules.

Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including any changes to the project scope.

Provide monthly reports on spend to date vs. overall budget.

Qualifications:

Experience: Extensive experience in scheduling and project management within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, particularly in parenteral manufacturing.

Skills:

Proficient in project scheduling software Primavera P6.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to quickly mobilise resources and develop comprehensive schedules.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CAPEX projects and operational readiness in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-phase projects.
