Qualifikationen

  • Experience with CAPEX projects and managing large-scale, multi-phase projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and scheduling of project plans that will meet the project’s objectives through the Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification phases
  • Quickly mobilise resources based on project needs and stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop a mobilisation plan for resources, ensuring all required personnel are available and prepared.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure all project activities are aligned.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including any changes to the project scope.
  • Provide monthly reports on spend to date vs. overall budget.


  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: Extensive experience in scheduling and project management within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, particularly in parenteral manufacturing.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in project scheduling software Primavera P6.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to quickly mobilise resources and develop comprehensive schedules.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CAPEX projects and operational readiness in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-phase projects.
